A Little About Me
I’m a wife, a mother, a writer, and a woman who has learned that some of the most meaningful chapters of our lives are found in the ordinary days.
For many years, my life was centered on raising my children, building a home, loving the people God entrusted to me, and walking through both ordinary and extraordinary moments.
Now that my children have grown and begun their own lives, I find myself stepping into a new season, too.
I’m learning that there is still so much ahead of me, and I’m thankful to God for every step of this journey.
Writing has always been a place where I can share the things God has placed on my heart. The lessons learned through difficult seasons. The beauty found in ordinary days, and the quiet ways God continues to remind us that He is near.
My first book, The Invitation: God’s Calling Your Name, grew from that place. It is an invitation to slow down, listen, draw closer to God, and recognize that He is still speaking into the everyday places of our lives.
But writing is only one part of who I am.
I love a home that feels lived in, with family gathered around the table, old stories, meaningful traditions, and quiet mornings spent with God.
I love gardening and books, even if I don’t always get around to reading every one I bring home, and the simple moments we often don’t realize are precious until they have passed.
That is what you’ll find here with me.
This little corner of the internet is where I’ll share my writing, my faith, pieces of my home, the people I love dearly, and what I’m learning as I walk into this next chapter of life that God has entrusted to me.
I don’t have all the answers, and I certainly don’t have everything figured out.
I’m simply following God's lead and writing about what He teaches me along the way.
